Ingredients:

1 cup of strawberries
1 cup of blueberries
½ cup of pomegranate or acai juice

Tomorrow, 30/7/11

Plan:

  • go for a run in the morning, 
  • do an hour of yoga after lunch,
  • come on here for a bit then
  • do an hour of cardio
  • and in the evening, work on going down into elbow bridge.

Breakfast:

  • Bowl of oatmeal with banana
  • Glass of water

Lunch:

  • Vegetable stir fry or whole grain pasta, not sure.
  • Glass of water

Dinner:

  • Whatever my mum cooks for me but she normally cooks healthy stuff anyway.
  • Fruit smoothie
